Hi I’m Chris Littlewood I own CJL-Jorvik Ltd I am dedicated to spreading the word about Service Management so we can all manage services better.
I have been involved in Service Management since the late 80’s when ITIL® Best Practice arrived.
With over 40 years of experience in the Information and Services Management industries, I have held senior roles in a number of businesses including: Training and Consultancy organisations also Government.
With a background in general management, education, and content development. with a track record of driving global education and customer satisfaction through the delivery of market leading services in the Government, Military, Financial, Scientific and Academic markets.
Notable roles include:
– Managing Director and owner of CJL-Jorvik Ltd
– Course Director at Parity Training Ltd
– Course Director for Service Management at Xansa PLC.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Professional Development and Training from Leeds Beckett University. Together with Chartered IT Professional from the British Computer Society and Fellowship of the Learning and Performance Institute.
